Residents are able to rent up to two staked yard signs. There are 2 sizes available: 18″x12″ or 24”x18”. There are a limited number of yard signs and will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
Renters must agree to to the following:
Signs are to be returned in the same condition that they were received.
The homeowner’s HOA account will be charged $15 for each sign that is either lost or returned damaged.
Signs can be displayed during yard sale event and are to be removed before sunset on each day of participation.
Do not write directly on the signs. Renters can write on the taped white space or use a piece of paper and tape it to the sign to display.
RETURNING THE SIGN
Signs are due back to the association office the week following the Yard Sale.

Request forms are generally processed the next business day. Once your online form is received, one of our team members will contact you to coordinate pick up and review the rental details of the sign(s).
