Community Yard Sale Day 1

If you live in a neighborhood with no sub-association and wish to participate, please complete the form at southernhighlandshoa.com/yardsale to have your neighborhood identified on the website and on the community map. If you live in a gated sub-association and wish to participate, you will need to contact your sub-association’s management company or board for approval. Once your board has approved the event, they will arrange to open the gates for your community. (Golf course gated communities are not able to participate.) We will advertise the event for you to host the sale at your home. Advertising mediums include Social Media, CraigsList, the LVRJ, and other online yard sale sites! We will utilize a community map to direct buyers to the participating communities. This will also include a list of communities by name (not property address). There are a limited number of yard sale signs & banners available for distribution on a first come, first serve basis.
