Park Special Event Request

Use of the grass areas in the Southern Highlands community parks are open to the public and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. These areas are not available for reservation. If a person or group is planning to utilize the space for a private event, the following special events form must be submitted for Board approval.

If your request is approved, additional information may be required (insurance, site plan, security plan, permits, etc.) as well as payment (refundable deposit and utility fees).
