Grand Opening, Indeed: Blue Heron Debuts Model at The Bluffs

After much anticipation, luxury builder Blue Heron unveiled its stunning new model home at The Bluffs in Southern Highlands to an estimated 250 VIP guests on Wednesday, April 25. The invitation-only event featured a luxury car show by Aston Martin—including the Las Vegas debut of the 2019 Aston Martin DB11 Volante, the British sports car manufacturer’s showstopping new convertible coupe.

Aston Martin Las Vegas, along with Towbin Motorcars and Vegas magazine, joined Blue Heron as partners for the exclusive event, which served as a prelude to the official grand opening that took place three days later on Saturday, April 28. An estimated 300 prospective buyers and curious community members took part in festivities that included live music, refreshments from Sambalatte and The Cookie Bar food truck—and of course, the opportunity to tour the impressive new Topaz model.

One of three floor plans available in Blue Heron’s gated enclave of 39 Mediterranean Modern luxury homes—perched, as the name implies, on an actual bluff overlooking the Las Vegas Valley—the 6,823-square-foot Topaz is the largest in the community, which also includes the 5,041-square-foot Amber floor plan and the 6,023–6,122-square-foot Quartz floor plan. Prices begin at $1.5 million.

Each home at The Bluffs features a terraced design, with unmatched Strip and mountain views available from both levels. As the Topaz demonstrates, opportunities abound for upgrades, customizations and high-end amenities—think rooftop decks, pocket doors, wine rooms, courtyards with video entertainment walls and fireplaces, floating staircases that lead to infinity-edge pools overlooking the glittering lights of The Strip. If you can dream it, Blue Heron can build it, and the Topaz doesn’t disappoint as a showpiece of what’s possible.

Located at 11172 San Terrazo Place, the Topaz is open daily for tours beginning at 10 a.m. Find more information here.
