SHCA Board Appeal Hearing

If an Owner receives a Hearing Response Letter and disagrees with the decision of the Compliance Committee, they are given the right to appeal the matter to the Board of Directors by submitting a completed Board Appeal Form. The Board will hear any Owner wishing to schedule an appeal one time. Therefore, Owners are strongly encouraged to correct any outstanding compliance matters prior to appearing before the Board. It is the position of the Board that compliance is the primary objective and fines can be negotiated when Owners respond quickly and resolve issues.
