Holiday Home Decorating Contest

Do you have the most festive home in Southern Highlands? Now is your chance to show it off! The Southern Highlands Community Association invites you to participate in the Annual Holiday Home Decorating Contest!

Eligibility

1) All residents (homeowner or tenant) of Southern Highlands are eligible to enter the contest.
2) Resident must be in good standing with Southern Highlands Community Association in order to be eligible to receive a prize.

Decorations

Only decorations that can be seen from the street in your photos or videos will be judged. The Association will not judge backyards or inside the home.

Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged by the Board of Directors, and will be based on:

• Originality 
• Creativity 
• Quality
• Level of Detail

Categories & Prizes

Prizes are as follows:

• 1st: $250
• 2nd: $150
• 3rd: $100

Winners will receive an Amazon gift card e-delivered.

Please keep decorations family friendly. Submissions with vulgar or inappropriate decorations will not be accepted. All entries must be submitted by Sunday, December 22nd at 11:59 p.m.
