Southern Highlands Voted Best Master-Planned Community in Las Vegas 2017

The rest of Las Vegas agrees with what residents already know: Southern Highlands is the best master-planned community in Las Vegas! The news was announced Sunday, November 12, with results of the 2017 Best Of Las Vegas contest, an annual poll conducted by the Las Vegas Review-Journal that invites locals to vote for standouts in a variety of categories.

In a town filled with master-planned communities, it’s no wonder that Southern Highlands has been named the finest. With a prime location off Interstate 15, Southern Highlands offers the best of Las Vegas living: a gorgeous, lush landscape, a friendly small-town feel, and an easy drive to the Strip.

Featuring the top homebuilders in the Valley, the beautiful neighborhoods of Southern Highlands sit on tree-lined streets, just steps away from parks, walking trails, water features and open green spaces—close to award-winning schools, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and other amenities families need and enjoy.

The active Southern Highlands Community Association is committed to enhancing the quality of life for residents with festivals and celebrations planned throughout the year to bring neighbors together season after season—making Southern Highlands an ideal place to raise a family, create memories, build a home, and build a life.
