According to America’s Blood Centers, every two seconds someone in the United States needs a blood product and nationally an average of 31,000 pints of blood are used daily. Given the ongoing, year-round need, it is imperative that the local blood supply is adequately replenished and maintained for community members who may need blood right here in Las Vegas.
