DESCRIPTION:This charitable event is a free festival hosted by the Southern Highlands Community Association. There will be games\, raffle prizes\, costume contest\, field games\, vendor booth trick or treating\, food\, drinks and fun for the whole family! Money raised from this event benefit Operation Warm Heart ( who provides financial assistance to local airmen and their families at Creech and Nellis Air Force Base) and Andson (who provide financial literacy and academic mentoring programs in the Las Vegas Valley.)
