I understand the following conditions

Banners must be returned the week following the Yard Sale.

Banners must be returned in the same condition that they were received in.

There is a $150 charge for each banner that is lost or returned damaged.

Banners cannot be written on.

Banners shall not be placed in any common area of Southern Highlands Community. These banners are designed to be placed on the Access Gates into a community or against a wall that is placed within the entry way of a community. Banners are not permitted to be placed on any portion of a parameter wall of a community.
